Shipping + Handling
Items usually ship in 1-3 business days; however, delivery time is not guaranteed. If you want a quicker and/or guaranteed arrival time, please consider purchasing an upgraded shipping option. Please keep in mind that weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times when placing your order.
Orders will be shipped using the method selected at the time your order was placed. You should receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
All orders over $85 shipping within the U.S. receive free standard shipping (through either USPS first class, USPS priority mail, or UPS ground). Please allow 5-10 business days once your order is processed for delivery.
There will be an additional charge for selecting an expedited shipping option (through UPS or USPS).
International Shipping
Outside of the United States, we currently ship to Mexico, Canada, and the United Kingdom.
Please allow 14-20 days after the order has been processed for delivery of your package.
International orders must clear import/export regulations, which could lengthen the shipping time of your order. All duties and brokerage fees will be the responsibility of the purchaser. Please contact your local customs office with any questions you may have regarding the duty fees for your order.
Missing, Lost, or Stolen Packages
Shipments that have arrived at a processing facility (USPS or UPS) and/or shipments that have been marked as delivered, and are missing, lost, or stolen are the responsibility of USPS or UPS.
